The Kingston Theatre can accommodate wheelchair users and provides access to the stage via the Green Room. Hearing assistance systems can also be arranged for delegates using compatible hearing aids

The Kingston Theatre can accommodate up to 150 delegates, making it ideal for larger AGMs, member meetings and shareholder events. Smaller governance meetings can be hosted in a range of flexible meeting rooms throughout the venue.
- Can Austin Court provide registration facilities for my AGM?

Yes, registration tables can be provided outside the Kingston Theatre. This gives delegates a dedicated arrival and check-in area before proceedings begin.

- What AV is included for AGM presentations at Austin Court?

Austin Court offers professional AV facilities for AGM presentations, including projection, microphones, sound and stage lighting in the Kingston Lecture Theatre with dedicated in-house technical support, while our smaller meeting rooms feature presentation screens, integrated AV and hybrid capabilities for remote attendee participation. Additional production support can also be arranged.
- Can we bring our own AV or production team?

External AV and production suppliers are welcome subject to risk assessments, method statements, PAT testing and public liability insurance requirements.
- How many speakers can be accommodated on stage in the lecture theatre at Austin Court?
