- How many delegates can you accommodate for a conference?

Austin Court can host conferences of up to 150 delegates in the Kingston Theatre, alongside breakout rooms, exhibition areas and catering spaces to support larger event programmes.
- Can we hold registration and catering outside the conference room?

Yes. Registration can take place in the Atrium area outside the Kingston Theatre, while catering and refreshments are typically served in separate event spaces.
AV and production
- What AV facilities are available?

The Kingston Theatre includes projection, microphones, professional sound, stage lighting and a dedicated in-house technician. Additional production support can also be arranged.
- Can we bring our own AV or production team?

Yes. Many conference organisers choose to use their own AV partner. External suppliers are welcome subject to venue requirements.
- How many speakers can be accommodated on stage?

The Kingston Theatre stage can accommodate up to eight speakers using conference-style table layouts, with alternative configurations available for panel discussions and keynote sessions.
